I worked as a state surveyor for a few years and surveyed CARC in Carlsbad NM. I absolutely recommend this place. Although they aren’t perfect no one is..but they provide an excellent place for the mentally disabled for NM. I learned a lot from CARC and the people that live there. I was impressed….
My son Loves going to his school. So that is comforting to me. Also he has learned sooo much. Great and caring environment.
