Residents live in comfortable, family-style homes where each person has a private bedroom and shares common living spaces with a small group of housemates. Caring staff are available 24 hours a day to provide individualized support while helping residents build skills, make choices, enjoy daily life, and be active members of their community.

GARY DON FORREST ACTIVITY BUILDING
The Gary Don Forrest Activity Building provides a welcoming place for individuals who are retired from employment or whose goals and abilities are better suited to a day program. Each day offers opportunities to stay active, learn, create, socialize, and build skills through educational programs, arts and crafts, workbooks, physical activities, therapy, and other engaging experiences tailored to individual interests and abilities.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Case managers work closely with individuals, families, and their support teams to coordinate services, identify needs, set personal goals, and help ensure each person receives the support and resources they need.
QUALITY OF LIFE RESOURCES
Supporting the whole person through opportunities and resources that promote physical well-being, emotional wellness, social connection, recreation, and an active life in the community.
TRANSPORTATION
Safe, reliable transportation helps individuals stay connected to the places that are part of everyday life, including work, appointments, CARC programs, activities, and community events.
ON-CALL SUPPORT
When unexpected needs arise, help is only a call away. CARC’s on-call support provides timely assistance and guidance when it is needed most.
NURSING SERVICES
CARC’s nursing team provides personalized health support, medication oversight, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring based on each individual’s needs, helping them stay healthy and receive the care they need.
